The lady who answered the phone made a quick connection and Danish called me back in one second. Danish was very to the point and he shared his own situation to build the trust. He was very honest and open about his view in the house market. My impression is that "this is the person who I can trust and work with"!!! For my specific concern about a new developing project, he took action immediately and made the bridge to collect the evidence from the project developer. Fantastische ervaring: I haven’t bought or sold anything yet, because I’m extremely picky , but I can already say that Danish is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. I met many agents when I was buying my house few years ago and it was a nightmare to deal with them. Danish is highly intelligent, knowledgeable and empathic agent, simply honest (!); has an extraordinary ability to read people’s mind and adjust to their needs. He perfectly understands what your true goal is and what do you need from the house you want to purchase. I would even sometimes think – maybe this apartment is ok, and he would advise me otherwise (and he was 100% right! Saved me from making another bad purchase!). He doesn’t push you to buy quickly, which is normally the case with other agents. He considers your wellbeing, your personal situation, and your budget, has ready solutions for any issues you might have. Always responsive, even late at night and on weekends. Always extremely calm and patient. Very understanding. He also works with a great financial advisor (who got me a great deal with a bank in the past) and runs a company which helps in renovations, which for a busy person or expats is absolutely a luxuries service, full package, worry free I recommend him to everyone and I hope that one day he will open a school for agents to teach others how to deal with the customers

Negatieve ervaring: I initially thought Danish did a great job helping me find an apartment in Den Haag, but after receiving the keys, it became clear that important issues were overlooked. My upstairs neighbor pointed out 3 major leaks that were obvious and visible, yet Danish never mentioned them, even though this didn’t require any technical expertise to spot. Additionally, he failed to inform me about a €100 increase in the monthly VvE costs—something not reflected in the contract I signed. His motto is 'As a real estate agent, my primary job is to provide honest and accurate advice,' but my experience was quite the opposite. The lack of transparency and attention to detail made this whole process frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend his services.

Fantastische ervaring: Mijn ervaring met deze aankoopmakelaar was uitstekend! Professioneel, deskundig en altijd snel in de communicatie. Ik voelde echt dat er de tijd voor mij werd genomen. Absoluut vijf sterren waard!

Negatieve ervaring: Vreemde gang van zaken... ik zet m'n vraagtekens, samenwerking verbroken. - volledig verkeerd geïnformeerd over gewilligdheid woning. Aanraden lage bieding en afkraken woning. Bieding verloren. Aansporen op kluswoning met klusbedrijf waar hij partner in was. - bij onderzoek bleek: - niet vindbaar in KVK op M&D Real Estate. Bij vragen gaf Danish een andere naam op, met een ander adres dat wel in de KVK stond. - op dat moment stond kvk nummer niet op de website en geen enkele verwijzing naar "handelend onder de naam" en in de KVK stond slechts 1 handelsnaam op het opgegeven nummer bij navraag bij Danish, dit was de andere naam die volgens hem zijn achternaam was. - factuur met niet bestaand BTW nummer (kan je gratis checken online via EU systeem) - 3 addressen, eentje in Rotterdam bij een groot gebouw waar meerdere kantoren zitten, eentje in Den Haag (op de andere KVK naam) en eentje in Spijkernisse. De website zei dat dit het hoofdkantoor was. De foto met M&D Real Estate kantoor was ook in Spijkernisse maar dat kantoor zit er niet meer. - Danish heeft de gegevens bij de KVK inmiddels aangepast. Ik kreeg een vaag verhaal waarom dit niet eerder was gedaan en hij stelde zelf voor te stoppen. Later verdraaide hij dingen die hij eerder had gezegd (je weet wel, zoals mannen die betrapt zijn op vreemdgaan met de betere versie van de leugen komen). Ik heb geen idee wat precies de bedoeling of achtergrond is geweest... echter, vooral dat niet kloppende BTW nummer... dat is gewoon feitelijke info... hij zei een typo, maar kwam nooit met het juiste nummer... het was ook niet een beetje fout (ik ben fiscalist), maar volledig fout... de volgorde klopte niet eens, dus een typo was unlikely. Kortom: vreemd verhaal en ik zou twee keer nadenken voordat ik hem vertrouw. Op het eerste gezicht was hij vriendelijk, meedenkend, voorbereid en super assertief. Ik dacht er echt goed aan te doen en heb lange tijd getwijfeld, maar.de gang van zaken was gewoon te vreemd.
