Negatieve ervaring: Reageert op helemaal niks tot hij zelf iets nodig heeft, komt zijn afspraken niet na, heeft geen interesse in brandveiligheid en betaalt de borg niet binnen de wettelijke termijn van 14 dagen terug. Ik kan dit niemand aanraden, en raad iedereen aan om hier zo ver mogelijk vandaan te blijven

Negatieve ervaring: Incredibly unprofessional. He tried to charge me illegal administration fees, refused to correct mistakes in the contract, and included clauses that are not allowed under Dutch law. When I asked for clarification, they became unprofessional and rude. We are so sick of these abusive situations when landlords, owners and ""companies"" take advantage of people who only need a place to live in. Not trustworthy and definitely not recommended for tenants looking for a safe and legal rental.

Negatieve ervaring: Ook ik ben erg ontevreden over de service. Vrijwel nooit reactie, of heel laat mits hij iets van jou nodig heeft. De borg zou je na uiterlijk twee maanden terug krijgen (zoals in het contract beschreven staat), maar na veel bellen, berichten en valse beloftes is dit helaas niet het geval geweest. Na een aanmaningsbrief heb ik uiteindelijk mijn borg terug kunnen krijgen.

Negatieve ervaring: worst « company » ever - Sylvester never answers the phone - still hasn’t give me back my deposit after 2 months and a half and I see by the comment that it has happened before - deeply unprofessional and unreliable - don’t rent their overpriced appartments! PLEASE DON’T - we will be filling a complaint against these scammers - don’t trust them and rent elsewhere

Negatieve ervaring: Unreliable, incorrect and behaved very badly. After 7 months of phone, WhatsApp and mail has still not returned my deposit. A real theft!
