Fantastische ervaring: Can recommend these services. I rented for 9 months when first moving to Rotterdam and was provided a lot of assistance and clear information on the apartment, the city and the Netherlands.

Negatieve ervaring: I do not recommend it at all! The deposit can not be ever restored! They do not protect the tenant rights!! They answer emails with solve it with the owner!!! They accused me with different damages which where previously in the flat and proved by emails. Even though they ignored and gave the deposit to the landlord.

Fantastische ervaring: Me and two of my friends had the pleasure of renting an apartment with Just Stay. The apartment was received by us in a very clean condition with the bathroom and shower newly siliconed. It was fully furnished and had all the necessary appliances and tools: a new fridge and new oven, classic trusty stove, dryer, new mattrases for beds and a new coach. The bathroom was packed with new towels and the beds with white sheets. Even more, during our stay, when the washing maschine malfunctioned, Just Stay proptly replaced it with a new one, without any extra charges or hassle. Communication was always easy, uncomplicated and service was responsive. Altogether, from the moment I found the property online to the moment we left, I felt happy with my choice. In the mostly harsh and unfriendly NL housing market, Just Stay Apartments is truly a breath of fresh air, warmth and professionalism. Excellent 9 month stay. I am very fond of my time spent there.

Fantastische ervaring: Trying to find a house in Rotterdam as students is hell, but through JustStay we managed to find a very beautiful apartment. I dont know if all or most of their apartments have the same standards as ours, but based on our experience we totally recommend them. I created a lot of beautiful memories there. If I come back to the Netherlands in the future it will be the first place to look for an apartment.

Negatieve ervaring: The agency was very unresponsive and was not aligned with what our landlord was telling us. A lot of rodents within the flat (mice mostly) to the point where it was dangerous for our health. We were not informed about the situation before we rented the place. We spent a lot of money on trying to get rid of them, but it was impossible without the major renovation of the kitchen. We consider this situation deeply unfair.

Justin heeft me goed geholpen en reageerde altijd zeer snel bij vragen of opmerkingen. De borg stond netjes een week of twee na mijn huurperiode weer op mijn rekening. Kortom: Just Stay is wat mij betreft echt een aanrader!
