Plaza Resident Services Nederland biedt een veelzijdige woonervaring met moderne studio's, ideaal voor studenten en werkenden. Veel bewoners hebben de goede klantenservice en responsiviteit van het personeel geprezen, met een snelle oplossing van problemen en een behulpzame houding. De studio's zijn doorgaans goed onderhouden, schoon en uitgerust met de nodige voorzieningen. Negatieve ervaring: Slechte schoonmaak, heel onhygiënisch en verloederd gebouw. De schoonmaak diensten die men via de servicekosten betaalt, worden niet geleverd. Veel overlast en illegaliteit. Ze laten huurders in de overlast zitten en stellen huurders opzettelijk bloot aan gevaar. Schandalig bedrijf kortom.
Negatieve ervaring: Ik ben helaas zeer ontevreden over mijn ervaring met deze verhuurder. Er zijn verschillende problemen geweest die niet alleen voor veel ongemak hebben gezorgd, maar waarbij ook onterecht kosten in rekening zijn gebracht. Ondanks het feit dat ik de huur voor een bepaalde periode volledig heb betaald, wordt er nu extra geld gevraagd voor deze maanden, terwijl de bedragen niet overeenkomen met wat in de huurovereenkomst stond. Er is geen uitleg gegeven over waarom de kosten zijn verhoogd en er wordt geen transparantie geboden over de berekening van de extra kosten. Daarnaast heeft de verhuurder herhaaldelijk vertraging opgelopen bij het verstrekken van belangrijke documenten, zoals facturen en de verrekening van mijn borg. Dit gebrek aan communicatie heeft extra stress en onzekerheid veroorzaakt, waardoor het moeilijk was om te begrijpen wat er precies aan de hand was. Ook heb ik een aanzienlijk bedrag betaald voor een periode die veel langer is dan afgesproken in de huurovereenkomst, zonder dat dit ooit goed is opgelost. Bovendien was de kamer bij oplevering niet schoon, zoals ik had verwacht gezien de hoge huurkosten. Het is voor mij onbegrijpelijk dat er geen zorg werd besteed aan de staat van de kamer bij de oplevering. De lamp in de keuken wordt vastgehouden met een stuk karton in plaats van professioneel gerepareerd te worden, wat een onprofessionele indruk achterlaat. Tot slot heb ik herhaaldelijk gevraagd om duidelijkheid over de status van mijn borg, maar heb ik geen schriftelijk bewijs ontvangen van de verrekening. Er is onduidelijkheid over het resterende bedrag dat ik nog moet ontvangen, wat voor veel frustratie zorgt. Het gebrek aan professionaliteit en zorg van de verhuurder in deze situatie is onaanvaardbaar. Ik heb meerdere keren geprobeerd om de problemen op te lossen, maar zonder een bevredigend resultaat. Ik kan deze verhuurder dan ook absoluut niet aanbevelen.

Negatieve ervaring: Sinds eind 2022 ben geen bewoner meer van Plaza Resident. Maar het “servicekosten” wordt nog steeds gestuurd!!! Deze grote oplichters komen nu met de “servicekosten 2023” maar toch ben al bijna 2 jaar geen bewoner meer!!! Willen jullie proberen me op te lichten?! Ga dan via de rechter!!! Jullie zien nu geen 1 cent van mij!!! Oplichters!!!! 4 maanden voorbij vragen ze nog steeds voor de service kosten, iemand uit de administratie heeft hieronder beantwoord. Ik heb contact opgenomen gebeld gemaild zo juist weer gemaild nog steeds niks. Als eerst zeggen ze dat het staat in je contract. Contract gelezen en staat nergens dat je MOET blijven dat servicekosten betalen. Iemand uit de administratie heel erg arrogant zei dat ik moet betalen of anders gaat ze naar incassobureau sturen (als een bedreiging) daarnaast een “fijne dag verder meneer” en deed de telefoon ophangen! Op deze manier kunnen jullie zien en verwachten hoe deze bedrijf vies is! Zijn er meer mensen met deze problemen?

Negatieve ervaring: Zeer slecht bedrijf willen mijn borg niet terug betalen. Blijven stug volhouden dat het al betaald is. Bellen nooit terug ! Wel mails sturen voor een incasso van 14 overgebleven dagen huur. Pas op met dit bedrijf. Ze veranderen vaak van naam, dit is natuurlijk niet voor niets zo.

Negatieve ervaring: Everywhere is dirty and neglected. Tenants pay for cleaning services of general areas, but the services are not provided. Urgent repairs and serious complaints remain unresolved. Lots of nuisance issues, staff doesn't do their job. This company is a scam.

Negatieve ervaring: Would not recommend to live in any of plazas buildings in the Netherlands! This company is a joke and they will take a lot of your money in exchange for nothing other than four walls around you. Plaza is as close to a scam as you can get with it still being legal… Went here on exchange, so only had to deal with this for 6 months. They have super high charges, so you might find something cheaper anywhere else. Building not properly completed when we moved in and still they increases service charges. Things like furniture and common area was missing and still haven’t been completed after living here for 4 months. Cleaning is only done once every second week. And the cleaners have so little time to go through the building that they just rush it. This means it is never cleaned properly, so we residents have to do it even though we pay 300€ for cleaning… so it easily gets disgusting to live here as well. If you complain about anything they either ignore your request or tell you to fix it yourself.

Negatieve ervaring: Incessant smoking of drugs in shared areas. The indoor air is literally not safe to inhale due to permanent second hand smoke pollution. The indoor air is carcinogenic.

Negatieve ervaring: De grootste oplichters ooit!!!! Als ik nul sterren kon geven had ik dat gedaan. 9 jaar gehuurd bij Plaza en alleen maar problemen gehad, met ratten, defecte wasmachines, geen warm water, verwarming die het niet doet, liften die het niet deden, schoonmakers die niet goed schoonmaken, brandalarm die zeker meerdere keren afging in een maand, ventilator die het niet doet, schimmel in de woning, geen verlichting op de gang, Owjah en ik krijg ook niet mijn borg terug.

Positieve ervaring: I usually don't give Google reviews, but seeing the number of 1 star reviews I felt this is necessary I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Plaza and it's employees (at least those who I had the pleasure of interacting with) for a smooth stay over the past years. I have been staying with Plaza since November 2022. I started my stay at Sorbonnelaan in Maastricht and later moved to Reykjavikstraat in Utrecht. Plaza was the only place that accepted my application when I initially moved to Maastricht for my master's degree. The rooms there were brand new at the time and had all amenities like an AC, kitchen, attached toilet, etc. (slightly small, but big enough for a student to live a decent life). Later when I needed to move to the Randstad, it was plaza again that accepted me at another location in Utrecht. This location was slightly bigger, and had similar amenities to the one in Maastricht (key point: not all rooks have large windows that can open so this needs to be considered). Though both of these locations we're not extremely luxurious, they served the purpose of allowing me to stay close to the places I needed to visit regularly. This is kind of where Plaza shines. On top of this, I must mention that Plaza is extremely responsive to residents. Whether you email or call, you can be sure that they will respond as soon as possible. All repairs, and requests were handled effectively and they always ensured that I was taken care of. Caretakers in both location were great and the customer service representatives are probably the best that I have experienced in the Netherlands so far. In both locations, I received my entire security deposit at the end of my stay with no problems. Just make sure you take care of the room and clean it we'll before leaving. If there are any problems that you experience as a business when it comes to bad reviews or unsatisfied clients, please feel free to use this review as a testimony of the great service that you provide. Positieve ervaring: Ive had some ups and downs throughout my experience with Plaza. The process for registering, checking in, and deregistering are well designed, and the team is very responsive in case there are questions. Although sometimes the information that is given by one team member is not aligned with what the other one gives, so it can create some confusion and at times frustration. Aside from that, quality of accommodation is good, with a potential to improve on public areas, especially elevetors (for my building at least)!

Positieve ervaring: I was living in Plaza Residence Limpad (Utrecht) for a research stay during three months. It is a good place for stay if you are working in the Science Campus, but it has some drawbacks. You have to bring your own stuff: dishes, pots, pans, brooms and even a router, what is quite inconvinient if you are staying for a short period of time as it was my case. Also, they might take some time for fixing some problems (I was with a broken window for two weeks, and the door of the fridge didn't work during the whole stays). But keeping this in mind, it is a good place to stay and probably I would take the decision of staying here if I had to come back.

Fantastische ervaring: I recently became a tenant of Plaza in Delft, Netherlands, couple of days back. The building is great with all facilities you can possibly think of. On the day I joined, there was a slight issue with cleanliness of the apartment, but the caretaker very responsibly took care of it. He was with me throughout and arranged a cleaner. I was also offered help with moving my stuff. I really appreciate the efforts made to set things right and that I believe is more important than getting things perfect at the first go. Now, if there are any issues with my apartment in the future, I already know the kind of service I can expect! That confidence is really something all tenants expect. Fantastische ervaring: My experience living in Plaza has been nothing short of excellent. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home. The studio itself is moderately spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything a student like me needs for comfortable living. The layout of the studio is thoughtfully planned, with ample storage space and a functional kitchen area. The furnishings are modern and stylish, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for both studying and relaxation. The bed is comfortable. However, one thing I'd say is that the bathroom floor is difficult to clean. One of the best features of Plaza Residence is its convenient location. Situated close to UM sports, I can easily walk or bike to the gym, saving both time and money on transportation. Its a 10 minute bike to SBE, the bridge is just annoying to bike on during the journey. Additionally, other than a PLUS, there are not plenty of shops, restaurants, and amenities nearby, so having a bike makes it easy to run errands. It is not like living in the center lol. The management team at Plaza Residence deserves praise for their exceptional service. They are always friendly, responsive, and quick to address any concerns or maintenance issues. I feel safe and secure knowing that they are available to assist whenever needed. For the price of the studio, it increases every July. It's kind of unfortunate. I wish it would decrease but thats life I guess.

Negatieve ervaring: Stel vieze oplichters zijn het jammer dat ik geen 0 sterren kan geven. Wil je 800€ exclusief betalen voor een studio van maximaal 20m2 wil je graag 90€ service kosten betalen terwijl je bijna nooit iemand kan bereiken en een vies gebouw omdat de schoonmakers er met de Franse slag doorheen gaan. als er wat kapot is ze je het eerst laten betalen en dan ook je borg voor hetzelfde feit inhouden terwijl het al vergoed is dan is dit NSB bedrijf perfect om bij te huren. Fantastische ervaring: It was a great place to live in. Once I received the studio it was very clean. The reception is being cleaned daily and the corridors are vacuumed regularly.Moreover, it was very comfortable to live on tu/e campus.

Negatieve ervaring: The administration is very bad and does not take action. the elevators are graffitied, the building is very dirty in general there is no cleaning service, people lay their clothes to dry all outside, the doors of the building are not locked letting anyone enter. I do not recommend this place at all, do not live here!!!!! Negatieve ervaring: 1 Ster omdat het moet. Meerdere malen last gehad van overstromingen in ons gebouw aan de Lunaweg in Duivendrecht. Er wordt pas iets aan gedaan nadat je studio onder water staat.
Negatieve ervaring: The pictures on google are a complete fabrication of what the actual place looks like. Aditionally, the facilities pictured are non existant however you are still charged for maintancence and cleaning costs assosiated with them. When I moved out I was chraged with a 95 euro cleaning fee which is completely ridiculous as when I moved in the walls were stained and the floor and cupboards filthy. It is marketed as a student residence, however, 9/10 people have been living there for more than 5 years and are no longer students. All in all, terrible experience living here. Lasty, it has been 2 months since I have moved out and the deposit has not been returned.

Please avoid this company, they do everything in their power to make you pay, even when it's at the edges of being legal! Edit: and then to add a link to "explain" themselves We had a Huurcommissie-case which I won, and I had to remind them SEVEN times to give me, a student, the few hundred euros. Negatieve ervaring: I had a good experience at first with no major complaints until moving out. They made me pay 500€ for minor stains on the wall since they installed the stove right infront of the oven. They suggested putting cardboard which is a safety hazard. I have talked with many students who they have also charged extra, including new tiles for 1355€ because of a stain on the floor. They made me sign the final inspection paper hiding it from me claiming they dont know the prices for those “damages” however 1 minutes later I got an email with my signature and the price. Some people are even charged for water marks in the showers. Highly do not recommend unless you want to get scammed.

Negatieve ervaring: Het gebouw waarin ik woon is prima voor de prijs, echter is de service zeer matig. -Ons gebouw heeft 2 liften, maar de linkerlift is al sinds oktober 2021 kappt. De andere lift gaat om de paar weken stuk en wordt dan half gerepareerd (ondertussen ook alweer 5 weken defect). Ze hebben nu gewoon behang over de linkerlift geplakt zodat het lijkt alsof er maar een lift is♂️ -Communicatie is slecht, blijkbaar hebben we ondertussen al meerdere nieuwe complexbeheerders gehad, maar daarover wordt nooit gecommuniceerd. -De complexbeheerders zijn ook amper aanwezig, waardoor in noodgevallen vaak de beveiliging al snel wordt ingeschakeld, maar daarvoor mag je wel betalen, ondanks dat we maandelijks al honderden euro’s aan servicekosten betalen. Daarnaast zouden we dus 3 beheerders moeten hebben, maar omdat ze amper aanwezig zijn hebben ze bewoners toegewezen die deel van hun taken overnemen. Lekker competent, 3 mensen voor 1 functie en alsnog hulp nodig hebben van BEWONERS. -Klantenservice is alleen bereikbaar op kantooruren, dus mocht je ze nodig hebben buiten die uren dan moet je hun nummer voor noodgevallen bellen, dat soms ook onbereikbaar is!

Fantastische ervaring: I'm an international student renting from Plaza, and honestly, I'm going to give them 5 stars for my experience so far. I heard horror stories about Camelot, the organization that Plaza bought, but I have actually had a pleasant experience with Plaza. They are available via phone, are rather responsive to email, and the caretaker where I live cares about the well-being of the residents.

Negatieve ervaring: 1. Komen afspraken 9/10 niet na. 2. Klantenservice is bagger. 3. Property manager (Maastricht) was nalatig als maar wat. 4. Leveren halve werk af (Maastricht). Geen bestrating (na 6 maanden!) waardoor je op modder loopt (elke keer vieze schoenen), geen afzuiging in badkamer. 5. Periodiek geen elektriciteit en warm water. 6. Ze houden je borg in totdat je zelf klaagt. Meerdere keren gebeld en uiterste datum van betaling aan mij doorgegeven. Maar nog steeds niks ontvangen. Afgesproken termijn was betaling binnen 10 weken (al lang verstreken).

Negatieve ervaring: Woningcorporatie die duidelijk zijn zaken niet op orde heeft. Na 3 jaar bewoner te zijn geweest, ben ik blij dat ik van ze af ben. Communicatie verliep altijd vermoeiend, gebreken aan de woning werden soms pas na een jaar verholpen en ze stuurden je gerust hoge servicekosten zonder indicatie met dagelijkse betalingsherinneringen via een sms. Ze opereren nu verder onder de naam Plaza Resident, maar voorheen was dit Camelot. De reviews daar zeggen genoeg. ↓ Leuk dat jullie hierop wel reageren en mijn mails vaak negeerden. Nog een signaal dat het van de buitenkant in orde lijkt te zijn, maar intern was het altijd een puinhoop bij Camelot.

Positieve ervaring: Ik huur een studio in een van de gebouwen die van dit bedrijf zijn. Sinds ik er woon, heb ik ze nooit nodig gehad. Positieve ervaring: Campus 053 ben ik geruime tijd geweest Nadat het Camelot was, is het bedrijf omhoog geschoten m.b.t de service en vele meerdere meer. Wat weer goed is voor de huurders, ga zo door! Huren zijn conform deze tijden. Contact met de managers, gehad mbt een probleem, maar die zijn zeker niet sociaal, je moet het hebben van de mensen op de werkvloer, dat zijn pas mensen met een hart! 2020-2021

We hebben namelijk geen cadeaubonnen uitgedeeld aan de hand van goede reviews, maar wij hebben in December een klanttevredenheids onderzoek rond gestuurd onder al onze huurders. Aan de hand van een volledig ingevulde enquête kon je kans maken op een cadeaukaart. Wij hebben bij de loting van de cadeaukaarten dus niet gekeken naar een positieve of negatieve ervaring. We waarderen het erg dat onze huurders de tijd nemen om ons te helpen in kaart te brengen wat er verbeterd dient te worden en vonden het daarom gepast om onder alle huurders die de enquête hadden ingevuld 3 cadeaubonnen te verloten. Ik heb aan de hand van de bovenstaande naam je proberen op te zoeken in ons systeem, Maar kan je helaas niet terug vinden. Positieve ervaring: Ik woon nu iets langer dan een maand in de studio (in Deventer) en het bevalt goed! Ik twijfelde eerst of het bedrijf wel betrouwbaar was door de negatieve reviews en de druk die ik voelde om het zo snel mogelijk te gaan huren, wat ik nog steeds niet prettig vind/vond. Een pluspunt is dat we een app groep hebben waar de bewoners met elkaar kunnen overleggen en daarnaast was de service van Paul erg fijn! Negatieve ervaring: Very high rent, the basic rent is higher than it should be. Also communication is terrible and the building is dirty. (I'm talking about Bomansplaats). Some repair requests are never done, or they take months. The electronic door just stopped working one day, and I was locked outside for 4 hours after a Saturday shift before someone finally opened the door for me, the emergency line was finally picked up after more than 30 mins of continuous tries to reach them. That was super frustrating, still no appologies. The aforementioned points make me want to move out as soon as possible, but it's hard to find a new place currently. Thanks for the easter eggs, that was a very nice gesture. But still, this doesn't change the general negative feedback about the company. I'm surprised how many people just decided to post positive reviews after being gifted easter eggs.

Negatieve ervaring: Vroeger Camelot... dat verklaard een hoop! Waarschijnlijk alweer tijd om de naam te veranderen, afzetters.
Negatieve ervaring: Beste Patricia, Neem je verantwoordelijkheid als CEO en zorg dat alle bewoners van de Pauwmolen in hun eigen douche met warm water kunnen douchen. Geef de huurders die al die tijd problemen hebben gehad een compensatie die WEL volgens de richtlijnen van de Huurcommissie is. Verder is het misschien goed als jij en de rest van je bedrijf het besef laten indalen wat jullie machtspositie is als verhuurder ten opzichte van jullie huurders in een overspannen woningmarkt. En stop met misbruik maken van een van de belangrijkste levensbehoeften van deze huurders, dit is jullie verantwoordelijkheid. Bedankt namens de kijkers van BOOS.

Positieve ervaring: Wow, super tasty Easter eggs! Almost makes me forget the elevator down to the Luna basement has been broken since last year.
Negatieve ervaring: Geen goed bedrijf om je woning te huren, veel overlast en personeel van plaza helpt niet goed en doet ze werk niet goed!!! Als je ze belt sta je heel lang in de wacht en vervolgens krijg je personeel te spreken die nergens iets van weet en je van t kastje naar de muur stuurt. Geeeeeen aanraderrrr!!!!!:@

Fantastische ervaring: I am very very satisfied from Plaza, I live in the complex close to Sloterdijk station and the location is convenient, my studio is very cosy and that has erased all the seconds thoughts I had about moving in here. If you manage to sign the contract, consider yourselves lucky, there are no problems after that (hopefully), maybe before moving here it seems difficult to get in touch with the administration, but in the complex the manager is available on a daily basis. So there will not be any problems after you move in. I would live here for much longer!

Fantastische ervaring: I love the place so much. Studio design and furniture is in minimalism style, clean, and very modern with an AC - useful for both winter and summer. It is a cozy place for any student and working person!
