Negatieve ervaring: Completely unprofessional, and unethical Agency in The Netherland/ Eindhoven Region - My friend stays in Almere, & visits here. it's ILLIGAL?! No Temp controller is there inside the studio, it's common outside, so anyone can change, there are 4 tenants here. It's not my responsibility to check all the time, & I spoke with the DNS installation team, who does maintenance of this boiler, water leaking all the time and we are filling water daily, I showed them , they clearly said the boiler has to be changed, but they can only change if the Owner pays for this. Apart from that there are no separate meters for 4 tenants, so who is using more gas water electricity, you can't define, Install 4 meters for 4 tenants to get the clarity. Tenants will pay as per their own meter, issue resolved. Above all, my studio was barely used for 45 days in 2023, as I mostly travel for work. In-spite of that also 1466 Euro extra gas water electricity cost for that on top of house rent? Cleaning years of dirt & garbage in common place and backyard shown in the pics is my responsibility ? Is is logical ? - Be very careful while renting via this agency. You will be charged an additional amount any time without any proof and no one will even have professional etiquette to have a proper discussion. - And cleanliness, OMG , come and see where I stay, I am staying in a haunted house, full of dirt, broken electric plugs, cockroaches, insects, rats, spiders, awesome view of the backyard, pics added. Damped walls, broken laminate floors are icing on the cake. You might get to see snakes in my backyard. Completely unhigienic, see pics attached. - Lightcity housing asks to create tickets for any issues, fine.You create tickets, with no SLA mentioned. Later suddenly closed with comments " taken care of by the landlord " - when the landlord doesnt do nothing. So it's a Ping Pong game going on between agency and landlord, and Tenant is the BALL Here. - Increases house rent at any point of time, without proper clarification. - They don't talk sense, even I asked for a face to face meeting multiple times- they only hang-up the call, lack of professionalism, and doesn't have the basic courtesy how to deal with the tenants.

Negatieve ervaring: Worst real estate agency ever! They are overpriced, take advantage of expats and sneaky. They do everything not to pay your deposit in full. Stay away from them!!!

Negatieve ervaring: Wat een amateuristisch bedrijfje, regelgeving (AVG) zijn ze onbekend mee, datums onbekend, wel bellen dat de huur niet binnen is op de eerste terwijl er in de huurovereenkomst (die niet eens getekend is door de tegenpartij) een andere datum staat vermeld en als klapper op de vuurpijl kopie huurovereenkomst hebben ze niet eens in bezit. Vooral met dit soort lui in zee gaan dan weet je zeker dat je belangen als huurder zowel verhuurder niet goed behartigd worden. Puur een geld kostende instantie welke zonde van je centen is.... 12-01-2024 Huur is op tijd betaald dus enige openstaande huurbedrag is onzin. Ik zou mijzelf ook hierin niet willen herkennen. Doe je werk fatsoenlijk of stop er gewoon mee. Mensen lastig vallen over iets wat NOG niet eens betaald dient te zijn. Zal ik alvast beginnen te klagen over mijn borg die ik nog niet heb. Beetje onzinnig net zoals de reactie vanuit jullie.

Negatieve ervaring: This agency did not respect the signed contract and hasn’t returned my deposit 3 months after ending the rental agreement despite trying to contact them numerous times. They keep ignoring me, and will keep my deposit which is theft. Do not rent any of their housing, otherwise you will never receive your money back.

Negatieve ervaring: I have rented an apartment through this agency. It needed cleaning, they sent after 5 days living there someone to clean it, but that person did not clean at all. They do not respond to your requests once they give you the keys.

Negatieve ervaring: Responded multiple times on their 'personal' offers which I accepted for the time being, but every time auto declined the next day that the property was not available anymore. I went to check and all empty. Oplichters.

Fantastische ervaring: *Efficient, Responsive, Supportive* I had the pleasure to work with Tim and Khaled from Lightcity Housing I rented the studio at Van Kinsbergenstraat 13 paid the deposit and the rent for 16-31 August. However, due to certain events, I had to cancel my contract. Nonetheless, the people at Lightcity Housing were more than helpful, they guided me throughout the process, and they reimbursed my deposit soon as the new tenant signed the contract. To say the least, Lightcity Housing is a trustful and trustworthy agency, I highly recommend it, and it will definitely be the first place I turn to if I am looking for a place to rent in Eindhoven.

Negatieve ervaring: So, I got a viewing of a place and thought I would get it but I didn't. 3 weeks later that place came up again. I called them up on Monday(when it was still new) and told them that I am ready to move in as I have already had a viewing. They asked me to still come to the viewing on Thursday as they wanted to choose from a group of people. They would send me the details and everything. I did not get an email till Tuesday so I reacted again on Wednesday and I was told it had already been rented out. If I am not gonna get a place then why give hope.

From the start of the process, I have been delighted with the service provided. Professional, prompt and honest, this has been one of the best housing moves I have experienced. Negatieve ervaring: Rented out a studio in van kinsbergenstraat. My studio was robbed twice (I am not the only tenant to get robbed too) and it was a pity that despite having cameras in the building, nothing could be done because I was told that the camera was non-functional. Not sure about other buildings, but security is a big concern in this building and no measures were taken to improve it. The only good thing is its near to supermarkets and hence 2 stars. Also, during my checkout I was told by the person responsible that I will be sent an invoice, but that did not happen and he just took all my deposit initially. I had to literally call them and email them for nearly two months asking for an invoice and the person who agreed to provide me with the invoice was non responsive throughout. Finally, I did get the invoice (not the actual one, but the one made by the company itself) through another colleague that worked there and despite that received a part of my deposit back. While I appreciate the effort of the colleague who helped me get the invoice, I still don't think this company handled my case in a professional way. One cannot just agree to something as simple as sending an invoice during checkout and just stay non-responsive later.
