Negatieve ervaring: Afspraken nakomen, daar schort het niet aan. Maar hoe de afspraken gemaakt worden wel. Helaas mijn huis uitgezet omdat de reden “dringend eigen gebruik” Hiermee ging jtmd akkoord. Dit is niet het geval, het huis wordt gehuurd door iemand anders. Tip voor de gene die ooit zaken doet met deze mensen, dit gaat niet zoals het moet gaan. Wees gewaarschuwd!

Fantastische ervaring: Al jaren huur ik ten behoeve van expats en arbeidsmigranten woningen via John. Het contact verloopt altijd vlot. Het beheer doet hij zeer goed en zodoende zijn kleine zaken gerelateerd aan de woningen altijd meteen snel opgelost. Ook qua wetgeving is hij goed op de hoogte en dat werkt erg prettig! Absoluut een van de beste makelaars uit de regio!

Negatieve ervaring: I (together with 3 tenants) got kicked out after I moved to a room in Amsterdam for 4 months (because of so-called regulation changes ). I was charged several hundred euros administrative fee, though I found the room on his website. I had to pay waste tax for the whole year because one of the tenants did not register in municipality. Got no reply at all after messaging him via whatsapp about the tax.
