Amando Kuiper was very helpful in getting everything in place for me, even with me being in Brazil. So I got the keys for the apartment on my second day in the Netherlands. I recommend HH 't Gooi for anyone moving to the Netherlands and planning to live in the 't Gooi region.

Fantastische ervaring: I experienced a well-structured and transparent application process for a room in Bussum. The HouseHunting 't Gooi team was very friendly in the process but also during my tenancy, although I was not even their client but my landlord was. Whenenver I had any problems or questions, they provided good and friendly support.

Negatieve ervaring: 24-02 gebeld voor een afspraak. Kreeg te horen dat ik een bezichtiging zou hebben op 25-02. Bevestiging zou de desbetreffende dag via telefoon of mail komen. Op 25-02 telefoontje gehad dat er enkele dingen met de huidige huurder geregeld zouden moeten worden. Ik zou gebeld worden voor een afspraak zodra dit geregeld is. Op 06-03 na lang geen reactie ontvangen te hebben besloten zelf te bellen. Toen kreeg ik vervolgens te horen dat er al bezichtigingen zijn geweest en de desbetreffende woning al verhuurd is. Dit vind ik zeer slordig en onprofessioneel. Ook is er niet gekeken naar eventueel hulp of advies voor een alternatief.
