Fantastische ervaring: Kobe and Eva are the greatest and the most professional airbnb managers you can find at least in Amsterdam and probably in the world!!! 1. They take care of everything and always go for extra miles delivering service out of my expectation. For example, my floor was out of shape due to flood caused by a customer and Kobe spent quite some trips to receive floor contractors to fix the floor. 2. They are very knowledgeable about the airbnb system and they can be trusted advisor when it comes to crisis. One client changed her mind wanting to stay in a hotel so she started making more and more excuses to airbnb trying to leave the apartment without full refund. Kobe and Eva took time in a sunny saturday afternoon going to shop all the items the very demanding client was asking just to justify the position from the owner's perspective. Kobe and Eva also spent the new a few days always responding in time to numerous unreasonable requetsts from the client and answering the inquiries from airbnb. In the end, due to the great efforts they put in, airbnb sided with us. 3. Fee structure is one of the best in the town. Fee structure can be super tricky. For example, including vat and excluding may differ a lot. Kobe and Eva don't charge channel fees and this is another difference. 4. Great people and super nice personality and patient with open heart and listening ears. They are definitely the ones you can trust and have a care-free holidays on top of good airbnb revenue s especially in the golden summer days in Amsterdam. All in all, the best in the town and please don't hesitate to sign up with Kobe and Eva.

Fantastische ervaring: Terwijl wij aan de andere kant van de wereld zaten te genieten, werd ons huis verhuurd. Kobe en Eva hebben alles overgenomen van ons. Huurders kunnen midden in de nacht bellen en zij staan klaar. Zij zorgen voor de screening, sleuteloverdracht, schoonmaak en het lakkenpakket. Het fijne is dat zij beide alles in eigen beheer doen en zelf controleren. Zij weten wat de kenmerken van je huis zijn en dragen dit ook over aan de gasten. Onze advertentie was nog steeds in ons beheer, hierdoor kan je meelezen (mocht je dat willen) met het contact met de huurders. Echt geen vraag is te gek voor ze! Wij hebben voor het pakket gekozen dat Kobe en Eva alles overname van ons. Dit gaf een enorme vrijheid en zorgde er voor dat wij optimaal konden genieten van onze vakantie. Bij terugkomst was onze woning schoner dan we het hadden achtergelaten. Als je een teken zoekt om je woning over te dragen aan een berouwbare partij dan is dit het!

Eigenaar Kobe is zeer aimabele man, waar je met alle vertrouwen de sleutels van je huis kan geven. Dat geeft ons een onbezorgde vakantie, in plaats van dat we zelf continu met de gasten vanuit onze vakantie moeten schakelen. Kobe regelt alles, zeer aan te bevelen!

Fantastische ervaring: Voorheen regelde ik alles zelf, zowel de communicatie met de gasten als het regelen van schoonmakers etc. Opzich leuk om te doen, maar niet handig als je reizen maakt waar het mobiele bereik slecht is. Nu ik de dienstverlening van L'easeaway heb ervaren zou ik niet meer zonder willen. Ze ontlasten je op een hele prettige manier en leveren kwaliteit aan de gasten die ik zelf nooit zou kunnen leveren op afstand. Fantastische ervaring: Toen ik besloot mijn huis te verhuren zag ik op tegen alles wat daarbij komt kijken, maar Kobe en Eva hebben alles ontzettend makkelijk gemaakt. Ik hoefde me nergens zorgen over te maken en kon (en kan) voor alles bij ze terecht. Wat een super service!! En ze hebben ook binnen no time een huurder gevonden, dus ik ben heel tevreden!

Sinds we onze bnb via hun verhuren hebben we prettige gasten, die zich door de hartelijke manier waardoor ze welkom geheten worden meteen thuis voelen.
